Jonny Niesche in Vivid Festival, Sydney

Jonny Niesche has been announced as one of the commissioned artists in this years Vivid Festival.

The work 'Virtual Vibration’ will transform the facade of the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia (MCA) with an evolving image that brings together the cheerful dissonance of psychedelia with the formal concerns of high modernism. The large-scale projection mapping of the installation is a highly collaborative creative work produced by the Spinifex Group in conjunction with Niesche and composer Mark Pritchard.

The work will be on display 25 May until 16 June, 6pm-11pm.
