1. Start a Live Chat with a Product Expert

You can live chat with one of our Product Experts on any Product Page. Simply click on the chat bubble shown at the bottom right-hand corner of the Product page.

2. Tell Us About Your Style, & Your Needs

Our Product Experts will find the right style for you, provide advice on a perfect gift, assist you in finding the right fit, and explain the history behind the Brands and key silhouettes we offer.

3. Receive and In-Store Experience, Online

Our Product Experts will give you the in-store shopping experience through Live-Chat, sending you photos of styles, providing links to similar products that suit your needs, or via a Phone Chat.

You even have the option to start a video chat and interact with our Product Expert, face to face.

4. Complete Your Online Order, or Click & Collect at Your Nearest Store
